The Classic: “Tabata This”
This workout requires the athlete to work for a 20 seconds interval, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for a total of 8 rounds. There is a 1 minute rest between each exercise.
Record the lowest number of reps competed per set. Example: Sit-ups 25,25,25,23,21,21,21,24=21 Add up all the scores for your final score.

Each team will have 4 people. Your team runs 500 meters together. Once the run is complete, as a team you must complete 125 Thrusters and 125 Pull-ups but only 2 people are allowed to work at one time. Each team must compete 3 rounds for time.

Last week, I went out to St. Louis to the Strikeforce event. It was an amazing show, sitting front row with some of the biggest names in Mixed Martial Arts, such as Dan Henderson, Robbie Lawler, Babalu Sobral and Fabricio Werdum.
