WOD
5 sets against a 60 second running clock of:
10 
Push-Ups
10 Barbell Thrusters for max reps (45/35)

Rest 60 seconds between rounds. Score is max number of thrusters completed during the workout.

Class Limit=18 Athletes
WOD Times-6am, 7am, 4pm, 7pm
