8:00 Advanced CrossFit:  Heats start tomorrow morning at 8:30am and run every 10 mins there after.  Please be sure to arrive early and get your hips and shoulders open and your legs fired up!  It’s Go Time!

45 second Plate Plank
Rest 45 seconds

10:30am CrossFit Elements
