KMW CrossFit WOD: Monday 3/25/12

The Reebok CrossFit Open Competition has now come to a close.  Congratulations to KMW CrossFit West LA team for placing 34th in the SoCal region out of 130 teams.  Take a moment to give them a pat on the back for all their hard work over the past 5 weeks.  It’s well deserved!

“Tittle Tattle
Complete 5 cycles of the following barbell complex:
6 Deadlifts
4 Hang Power Cleans
2 Lunges
Complete 5 rounds increasing the load per round.
The lunges are done in the rack position.  You may step forward or step back as long as your rear knee lightly kisses the floor.
