OUTDOOR WORKOUT UPDATE
KMW’s CrossFit Endurance is taking the running off road! Join us on a hike/run in Temescal Canyon on Sunday. Approximately a 5K distance of hills, flats and tons of fun. Bring your off road shoes, sun screen and hydration.
When: Sunday 6/16/12
Time: 9am – 10am (estimated time)
Purpose: Learn and implement skills of up hill and down hill running
Who: This is open to all levels. Friends and family are welcome!
Location: Temescal Canyon Gateway Park.
