1st Annual West LA: Get Lean-Battle 15

This is a 9 week FUN Nutrition and Fitness Challenge completed as a team hosted by KMW with our CrossFit Coaches and Clinical nutritionist Lindsea Burns. Think The Biggest Loser meets CrossFit.  All participants will be broken into teams and assigned a Team Captain.  On Tuesday Jan 13th the hydrostatic body fat tank will be at KMW West LA from 7am to 7pm taking our fist body fat measurement. The truck will return to take the final measurement 9 weeks prior on Tuesday March 17th. Every 3 weeks of this challenge there will be a new nutritional challenge with 3 tiers to choose from which means the level of commitment of dietary change is up to you.   During the 9 weeks there will be check-ins to hold you and your team accountable to the community and the last week of the challenge will be our Fitness Competition week. There will be team workouts as well as individual points that will contribute to an overall team score. The body fat % lost by the team will also be calculated into a point system. The team with the most points at the end of 9 weeks is the winning team. All participants of the winning team will receive a pair of Reebok lifters or Reebok Nanos. Upon completion of this challenge we will be hosting a Spring Break Potluck Party March 21st to award the winners and brag about how good everyone looks and feels.  We encourage you to attend Challenge night which will be held Tue and Thur evenings at 6pm for individualized coaching, skill works and mini competitions to prepare for competition week.
