Part of making the choice to living a healthy lifestyle means taking a little bit of extra time to prepare your meals. But how can you have a healthy yet fast breakfast? Let me share my breakfast from this morning. It took me exactly 7 mins to prepare including washing and cutting the broccoli.
Macadamia Nut oil
1-2 cups of cut broccoli
3 Cage free, Omega 3 enriched eggs (with yolks)
Wash broccoli then heat oil in skillet. While the oil is heating cut broccoli. Add broccoli to the hot skillet and sprinkle with sea salt. Sauté until the broccoli turns a fresh green color. Add eggs and scramble it up until the eggs are cooked to your liking. Place in a bowl, add avocado and enjoy!

Just what you’ve all been waiting for! Olympic Lifting 101 will cover all the basics of the Oly-lifts utilized by our CrossFit Programming. This seminar includes 4 hours of workshop and practice time to refine your olympic lifting technique of The Snatch, Clean, and Jerk. With successful completion of this class you qualify to attend the Advanced CrossFit classes at KMW Training Centers. Although this is a level 1 seminar it is open to all levels of lifters. We will cap the attendance to 16 athletes so don’t hesitate to reserve your spot today at the front desk.

Michael Margolin holds a 4th degree Black Belt in Krav Maga and has been teaching Krav Maga since 1985! He is one of the founding members of Krav Maga Worldwide and is currently the Executive Vice President for the company. Michael has been an athlete since a young age playing a variety of team sports such as baseball, basketball, and football but realized his potential as an athlete once he found CrossFit. Michael is passionate about his ability to transfer knowledge and it definitely comes across in his dynamic yet lighthearted teaching style.

Tina Angelotti holds a degree in Kinesiology which has lead to her extensive knowledge of Anatomy, Physiology, and Biomechanics as it relates to human movement and performance. She is a seasoned CrossFit competitor and has competed in So Cal’s CrossFit Games Regional competition for the past 2 years. Formerly a competitive gymnast she found her love for movement as a very young age. She has been with Krav Maga as the Director of Fitness for the past 15 years where she is ranked a blue belt in the system at the instructor level.
